Founded by Daniel Held in 1999, PI Management (P for Performance, I for Involvement) was created to support organizations, teams and individuals in change, by managing to integrate what is often opposed: performance and well-being. All our missions have always had the same objective: to find together solutions that allow everyone to win, to move forward, to overcome obstacles, to be more efficient and more impactful in their role. We focus on creating sustainable value for our customers and other stakeholders. Our signature, “Empowering for Change”, is a proof of our philosophy: we always ensure that our partners and customers are fully involved in the success of the approach and empowered to be able to make changes without us.
We focus – and this is one of our differences – on the identification, development and management of talents, so as to make them fully actors in their own change and that of their organization. We work in all regions and sectors for projects where we know we can bring decisive added value.
