Doctor of Economics from the University of Neuchâtel (1982), he continued his studies in Germany (Munich and Berlin) and the United States (Berkeley and Harvard). Consultant in human resources and organization, he has taught in all universities and HES in French-speaking Switzerland. He is notably the co-founder of the MAS-HCM of the HEIG-VD. He is the author of numerous reference articles in the field of leadership, change management and human resources management. He has 35 years of experience in matters of leadership, strategy, organization and human resources management acquired in the most diverse fields as training manager (3 years), HRD (9 years) and consultant (22 years old). He is particularly specialized in strategic issues and support for change, in the implementation of integrated HR policies, in the evaluation and development of leadership (coaching, training, assessments, 90-360° feedback) , also in the measurement of qualitative factors and strategic dashboards. He has developed several models, including Career4Life, SEP21, StrategicHR. He works with HR departments and functions in all economic sectors – services, industry and the civil service – at national and international level. He founded PI Management in 1999, a firm he has managed ever since. Bilingual French-German, he works daily in English.
