After having been a business manager, Laurent turned to adult training. A graduate in work psychology from the University of Neuchâtel, Laurent, passionate about understanding human potential and what prevents it from being manifested, also passionate about the relational potential of the horse, has developed for more than 10 years the method and the company Equites. This method is unique and makes it possible to obtain, in record time, not only awareness, but real changes in posture which make it possible to work on all the fundamentals of interpersonal relations, team dynamics, partnership and leadership. Equites services are often part of the PIMAN offer, as soon as a change of posture is really necessary. Laurent is also Wave certified and a specialist in assessment, coaching and teambuilding, also using more traditional methods. Laurent speaks in French and English, with good knowledge of German and Portuguese.
